Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be received and
processed by our team. This includes orders sent with our Express Courier service. We do not offer same day delivery.

From then, orders will be shipped via our courier partners (Sendle) or via Australia Post for non-metro locations and PO boxes. 

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. 

During peak and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination.

All shipping estimates are based on metro destinations, for orders sent to
regional and rural locations, please allow for additional time for
shipping.

Carbon neutral shipping aims to reduce the carbon footprint and produce a net zero amount of carbon dioxide. Essentially, the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given parcel gets calculated. This number determines the funds that they contribute to sustainability projects around the world.

Our primary courier is Sendle keeps our planet & environment healthy by offering 100% carbon neutral delivery.

*Please note that we ship with Australia post for all orders from non-metro locations and PO boxes. Although Australia Post are yet to provide 100% carbon neutral shipping, Sendle are working with Australia Post to get one step closer in creating a greener planet.

We offer two services for international deliveries, outlined below. The timeframes outlined are estimates only, and will vary depending on the destination. Please note, Australia Post's service will be handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Calalilly Studio is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
