Here we are measuring the fullest part of your bust. Wear an unpadded bra or you're like us, forget the bra and wear no bra at all. Tread the tape under your arms, around your back and meet at the centre of your chest.

WIAST CIRCUMFERENCE

Your natural waistline is the narrowest part of your waist.

HIP CIRCUMFERENCE

Place your feet together & wrap the tape loosely around your hips. Shuffle the tape to find the widest point of your hips and don't forget your bottom! Ensure to keep the tape measure straight around your body.
