We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Calalilly Studio. If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return for any fulled priced item subject to the following conditions.

We encourage our customers to re-use the compostable mailer your order was originally sent in. Help us minimise wastage and give your mailer a second life.

𐄢 A request for an exchange or return must be submitted via email within 14 days of receiving your order 

𐄢 The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, we suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe

𐄢 Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached

Should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchase, or use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


𐄢 Customers must try on items wearing undergarments

𐄢 If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place, the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed, altered or if the item shows sign of wear

Gift Cards

𐄢 Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash

𐄢 All gift cards purchased can be redeemed on our website.

If you wish to exchange your item please indicate this when submitting your returns request. Once your return has been received and processed you will be emailed a unique shopping code. The value of your voucher is the amount paid after any discounts and minus the original postage. This voucher may be used to purchase the item you are wishing to exchange your return for. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve stock or facilitate direct exchanges for any online purchases. Due to the limited nature of our garments, we cannot guarantee your preferred item will still be available by the time we receive your return. 

All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email with your unique shopping code once our team has processed your return.

There is no expiry to use your unique shopping code, so you can take the time to find something you truely love!
During sale/launch weeks there may be a delay in processing your return or exchange. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.

At Calalilly Studio we take pride in our reputation for quality and apologise for any customer to receive an item that is not in perfect condition, or one that you didn't order!

Please contact us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or providing a credit note or refund upon receipt of the item.

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. We offer a lifelong credit note which allows our customers to wait until they find something they truely love.
